The dedication and time put into developing these new chubs has been incredible. Drawing on our years of experience in the food industry, we here at Oakpark knew chubs were the perfect fit for our next step. We wanted to celebrate the traditional Irish pudding and give it a modern Oakpark twist. Rooted in family and food, we’ve reimagined a classic, making it lighter, leaner, and just as full of flavour.
Our White Pudding features a unique blend of spices and contains 50% less fat than standard puddings. Most importantly, it’s made with gluten-free oats.
Our Black Pudding also has a perfectly balanced spice blend and is 60% lower in fat than standard black pudding, while also made with gluten-free oats.
They’re perfect for the air fryer, grill, or pan, ideal for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or even tea in the evening. The distinct spice blends create a flavour that truly sets Oakpark apart. They are available now in a select number of Dunnes Stores across Ireland.
